New Twitter Features for Lissly!
Published: 1:53 am, 28 March 2012
Today we launch our new Twitter functions to our Lissly Corporate product. With the new functionality you can easily manage all tweets about your brand and keywords in real-time with our Twitter account integration.
How does it Work?
If you are a client of ours or currently trying Lissly Corporate, you can simply connect one or more Twitter accounts to Lissly and in an easy way reply and ReTweet every tweet you see in Lissly.

This will make it even easier to manage your social media presence, especially if you want real-time data for a comprehensive list of keywords and searches.
Multiple Twitter Account Support
Many companies have several Twitter accounts and employees often have their own Twitter accounts, which they use frequently. This could be problematic, but with Lissly this is nothing to worry about since Lissly allows you to connect multiple Twitter accounts with different access permissions!

When you as an administrator connect Lissly to a Twitter account you will have two options:
- Connect to your personal profile
- Connect to the whole account
This way you can connect both your personal- as well your company account. If you have multiple accounts you will now have the option to choose which account you want to reply/ReTweet with.

This is the first version of our Twitter implementation and in the upcoming weeks we will add even more Social Media connections, as well as improved Twitter connections. Buy Lissly Corporate today and you will be the first to try all of our new features!

Loreen fortfarande mest populär i sociala medier inför kvällens Melodifestival
Published: 6:21 pm, 10 March 2012

- Loreen
- Danny Saucedo
- Björn Ranelid & Sara Li
- Dead by April
- Molly Sandén
- Ulrik Munther
- Thorsten Flinck
- Lisa Miskovsky
- David Lindgren
- Top Cats

Welcome to the new Lissly!
Published: 9:15 am, 3 February 2012
Today is a fantastic day here at the Lissly office in Stockholm. We are very proud to announce that we have launched a big update as well as some new products. We hope our existing and future customers will like all of these changes.

There are a lot of things that have changed with this version of Lissly, so let us go through some of most important changes.
Welcome Corporate!
Today we launch a brand new product called Lissly Corporate. Lissly Corporate is suited for companies that not only want to analyze social media but also want to get in depth and work with social media on a weekly, or daily basis.
With our new Management functionality you and your colleagues can work together with direct mail notifications, task management, mail reports and much more. Corporate is the best product if you want your company to work actively with social media monitoring together.

With Corporate you can have 20 users as well as 80 keyword/search profiles.. You can read more about what is included in Corporate on our Products page.
Bye, bye Pro – Welcome Basic!
We have also decided to stop offering our Pro product and launched a new product: Basic.
In our studies with customers we saw that Pro had many similarities with Premium and a lot of companies either wanted something more advanced or something easier to use.
We listen to our customers as well as potential customers so that’s why we created a product that perfectly suits everyone that wants to get started with monitoring of social media – Basic.
Basic is our account with our comprehensive monitoring displayed in an accessible and easy to use manner. For the small business owner or individual that wants to monitor and collect all relevant information in one single place.
And guess what? It only cost 599 SEK… per year!
New design and logo!
We thought we needed a change when it came to design and logo so that’s why we have a brand new design of our tool, as well as logo and colors.
If you use our Lissly tool as well as our website you will see a lot of changes in the design and how we present our product and tool.
New infomercial/promotion video!
How do you explain how amazing Social Media Monitoring can be? Of course you do it with a nice video!
We teamed up with the fellow Swedish startup company Brikk and they’ve created a fantastic video for us that explains the basic concept behind Social Media Monitoring and Lissly.
Lissly iPhone Application
We have also launched our iPhone application with all of the core functionality of Lissly Corporate so that you wherever you are can monitor and analyze social media.
Our iPhone App is in the first version and we will during the upcoming months continue to develop it further with so that you can do even more when you are on the go.
If you do not have Lissly Corporate you can still test our iPhone App with our live demo. Just download it directly here.
You want more of Lissly?
Don’t worry. We are only getting started. During the upcoming weeks we will launch a lot of improvement with more advanced social impact, connections with more social media as well as a lot of new sources.

New include/exclude functionality
Published: 11:21 am, 7 October 2011
This week we launched some new features in Lissly that will increase the quality of your monitoring to better fit your keyword, project or account with the exclude and include functionality.
Many customers want to specifiy this for each keyword, project or for their whole account and we have now made this possible with Exclude source and Custom blog feed.
Exclude source
Sometimes you find stuff that you don’t want to be included in your keyword, project or account monitoring. It could be your own Twitter account, your forum profile, your own blog that you want to be excluded to get better statistical data.
When you exclude a source you have the following options:
- Exclude the source for the whole account.
- Exclude the source for the selected Project.
- Exclude the source for the specific keyword/keywords.
- For Forums you also have the option to exclude all posts from that specific forum or from the specific forum user
You will still see the excluded source for historic data but the time you exclude a source it will be excluded from that time onwards.

If you want to manage your exclusions you can find this under Settings -> Excluded sources:

Custom blog feed
If you have a specific blog in a niche that you find that you really want to have included you can now add it with the “Custom blog feed” function.
Just add the feed URL and we will show you a preview how it will look like in Lissly and if it looks ok you can just add it.

If you know another source that is not a blog, a forum or another local social media, please contact us and we will try to implement it as fast as possible!
Besides these two new functions we have improved our data a lot which will make one and two character searches much better as well as added even more forums!

New version of Lissly is live with new features!
Published: 11:14 am, 24 August 2011
During this summer we here at Lissly have worked a lot with new features and also improving the existing features and general usability of Lissly, and now all of these updates and features are live!
Most of these features are now available for our Premium customers but we have also updated our core functionality and design that every user, regardless of which account you have of Lissly.
You can look at all of the updates in our Demo (link available on our start page) but here’s an explanation of some of the most important updates to Lissly.
Improved Project & Keyword management – easy Drag & Drop
We have improved the management of Projects and Keywords. We got a lot of feedback from our customers that when you had a lot of Projects and keywords it was difficult to organize and manage them.
Now it’s much easier to add and manage your keywords between your different Projects by just a simple Drag & Drop.

Say hello to our Norwegian and Danish friends!
You now have the option to search Norwegian and Danish keywords. We have also updated how this is showed on the left menu with small icons.
Better graph viewing

It’s much easier to see which keyword is in the graph and will make it easier for you to know which keyword is in which color.
Improved keyword selection/comparison
We have improved the way you look at keywords and also how you compare them. Before we hade the “toggle” option next to the graph, but our studies show that there are better ways to make sure that people can compare and analyze one or more keywords.
That’s why we have moved this part to the left hand side where you can choose and compare the keywords in your project.
Common related words
For every keyword and project you can now see common related words. This will give a fast look at what people associates with the keyword/keywords.
With related words you can also use this to find out trends and interesting facts. For a more broad keyword you will find out what other words people connect with that and also find out trends about it.

Above is an example on how Common related words looks like for the keyword “TV6″ (left) and for “Moderaterna (right):
You can also click on the related word to get to know what people say about that specific word.
When you login and check Common related words, the historic data is not as great as the data provided from 20th August and forward. This is because during the BETA testing of Common related words we did a lot of improvements that don’t affect historic data.
Top mentioners
For every keyword and project you now can see which users that talk about your keyword the most. This is very useful because this can help you find out which people talk about your brand/keyword the most.
Which Twitter users are the most critical of our brand? Which forum posters love us the most? Which blogs cover our topic the most?
These are questions that top mentionerns will help you answer.

New updates Live!
Published: 2:32 pm, 20 January 2011
We here at Lissly constantly work with making our tool better and yesterday we launched some really nice features that will help you with your social media monitoring.
Export to RSS

For our Premium customers you can now export both your Projects and/or a specific keyword to RSS. This could be useful if you want to access the data from other tools. Maybe you want your latest mentions easily accessible in your blog? Maybe you want to make a widget out of it?
This is the first version of our RSS functionality and we will continue to make it even better during 2011.
More forums added

Yesterday we added a lot of Swedish forums to our monitoring. Some of these forums include Fragbite, Sporthoj, 99.se and many more. So if you think our forum monitoring were good before – we are even better now!
Choose what you want to monitor

For our Premium customers when you add a keyword you now have the option to choose which type of sources you want to add. As standard you monitor everything but if you want to exclude a certain type of social media you can now do that for each specific keyword.
Update to social impact – inlinks now available

We continously add more data that we find for each mention and for the person that writes about the specific keyword. We’ve already have detailed info like number of friends on Facebook, Twitter followers before – today we take it one step further and add blog data for our Premium customers.
For every blog post about a specific keyword you can now see how many inlinks that specific blog have as a total. With this data we will also in the future add filtering options when viewing blog mentions.
We are currently improving our tool and during the upcoming weeks we will be able to launch even more nice features. Do you have any features that you want us to add? Feel free to comment below – we’re fast when it comes to developing and we love ideas from our customers!
