Q: I’ve just added a keyword but why can’t I see any data?
The first time you add a keyword it will take some time before you see mentions in Lissly. When we start monitor your keywords we start scanning the social web and as soon as we get data we will start showing it.
When you add a keyword we will also search for it back in time to see what’s been written before the exact time you added the keyword. But different social medias like Twitter have restrictions here so we just track 3 days back when we do this.
