You can use Lissly as a tool for managing what’s being said about your brand. Now you don’t have to send e-mails all the time – let Lissly do the job!
+/- = Is it something being said that is really great or do you have an evil troll talking trash about your brand?
With the +/- function you can mark a specific mention as positive or negative.
Favs = In Lissly you can favourite a mention and it will be shown in a specific report called ”Favs”. With favs you can save and comment important stuff.
It could be something that the customer service should check out or something something the PR department should take care of.
Comment = You can leave a personal comment for every mention for you and your colleagues.
